Welcome to the Best Uniors

Volunteer initiative for Ukrainian Youth (15 - 22 years old) in Sweden (Gothenburg), where love, mutual respect, and support prevail. 

Project Goal and Format

Educational meetings to support youth through mentorship for healthy, mindful, and sustainable adaptation to the international society of Sweden, based on modern principles of tolerance: mutual understanding and respect.

Project Founder and Speaker: Oleksandra Prybytkova



With over 20 years of experience in international business as a Learning and Development Team Coach for Cross-Cultural Environments. Oleksandra has been based in Sweden since January 2018.


 In addition to professional role, Oleksandra is involved as a volunteer and social diplomat. 


The deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and dedication to social causes are recognized as valuable assets for guiding and mentoring young people navigating new environments.
